Squeezing a 20-yarder into a tight bungalow driveway
We got a call from a family on F Street renovating a 1940s bungalow. The summer heat was rising, and they were stressed because a national hauler refused to squeeze a 20-yarder into their narrow driveway. They needed debris gone to keep contractors working, but nobody wanted to risk the tight fit between their fence and the neighbor's truck.
I drove our hook-lift truck out there myself since I know these Decoto streets. I backed the bin right up to the garage, laying down wooden planks to protect the driveway. By noon, the bin was placed and the crew was loading. We handled the logistics so the homeowner could focus on the remodel.
Mateo put that dumpster exactly where we needed it when the other guys said it was impossible.
